2542 - Pneumatic Pressure Control Head
The 2002 is a solid bronze and stainless steel control head that can be used for either single or twin engine configurations. The 2009 has separate handles, one for a clutch, and one for a throttle, each controlling a single function.
The 2002 has 3" (76mm) of stroke and requires a cable connection kit that typically uses 30 Series or 40 Series cables.

2543 - Pneumatic Pressure Control Head
The 2543 is a solid, bronze and stainless steel pneumatic control head, consisting of two lever-cam operated self-relieving regulating valves, allowing for dual output. With the handle in the centre or "off" position, both outputs are at lowest pressure. Movement of the handle in either direction delivers regulated pressure to the chosen output based on handle direction.
The 2543 has a maximum supply pressure of 150 PSI (10.3 BAR), and a 1/8" NPT.

2544 - Dual Function Pneumatic Control Head
The 2544 dual function pneumatic control head provides single lever control over ship direction (ahead and astern) and engine speed. The pneumatic signal can control either a hydraulic reduction or pneumatic actuating gear.
This control is typically intended for vessels ranging from 40' to 175' (12m to 55m), and all pipe connections are 1/8" NPT.

The 2545 pneumatic control head provides dual lever control over ship direction, with single levers for clutch and throttle. The pneumatic signal can control either a hydraulic reduction or pneumatic actuating gear.
The 2545 is a stylish control head, typically used in larger pleasure craft, and can be equipped with indicator labels. All pipe connections are 1/8" NPT, and the valves used to control the clutch and throttle are the 3803 and 3217 respectively.

The 2546 pneumatic control heads were designed for controllable pitch (CP) propeller and engine speed functions. The longer handle will actuate 2 pressure regulating valves, providing "0" pressure for "0" pitch, and in case of failure, the CP actuator will return to "0" pitch position.
The 2546 is available with labels, and have a maximum supply pressure of 150 PSI (10.3 BAR) and 1/8" NPT.
2547 - Two Lever Four Output Pneumatic Control Head
The 2547 pneumatic control heads, with four compensating regulating valves, were designed for 2 controllable pitch (CP) propeller and engine speed functions. The 2547 can also be used for twin engine, single lever control for CP propeller and engine speed.
The 2546 is available with labels, and have a maximum supply pressure of 150 PSI (10.3 BAR) and 1/8" NPT.

2554 - Illuminated Dual Function Pneumatic Control Head
The 2554 dual function pneumatic control head provides single lever control over ship direction (ahead and astern) and engine speed. 2570 Series - Universal Pneumatic Control Heads
The 2570 series is a set of universal pneumatic control heads that can be configured to actuate or control almost any pneumatically driven system. All 2570 control heads come with a combination of 3804 four-way valves and 3230 pressure compensating valves.
The 2570 can provide single handle, dual handle, dual compensator control over single or twin engines on marine vessels, or pneumatically controlled machinery or applications that require multi-function control using valves and switches.
